You might have to hire a couple people to toss his crap to the curb.

What do the people of bigger pockets think? 

There are a lot of experienced investors willing to help you on the journey.

This strategy works great because there is a huge need for affordable housing here in Denver and paying 750 for a bedroom is a good deal for people that want to live here but can't afford a one bedroom apartment.

Also, I have been extremely dissapointed with how high prices are to have people work on stuff, and then the cheaper guys seem to have horrible work quality. 

Evaluate the people behind the investment, analyze operational processes, and understand market dynamics.

Many people have bought at higher rates, and have made STRs work in that market.
