Newbie Investor in Detroit Market looking for advice

Hi, I’m a new investor looking to purchase a multi family property in the Metro Detroit area. Would appreciate any advice on how to find and analyze a deal. Not particularly interested in complete renovation projects so undervalued turnkey properties is the focus. I appreciate any advice you could provide.
