Sometimes the thing to do is package more than one property into a loan.

Being a contractor I can put together a package for the investor that is complete with bids to do the work for a set price, verses just providing a rough guess as to what the repairs will cost. 

Not many do them all in one package.

Is it just a fact of life that if I need a CPA and business structure planning that I have to pay a 10k package?
