if your property manager maintains an escrow account for misc expenses and/or pays expenses from the rent (meaning that IRA Services does not have to cut checks for every expense - lawn care, maintenance, etc), their fees are competitive.

As an educational platform, you are able to grow while learning from the successes and mistakes others have made before you, (...still make mistake though, just different ones).Homer makes a valid point of frustrations but Josh's claim of effort and resources should be recognized.There is a cost of over-head to maintain this site.
