I welcome your comments on what in your opinion sells house :

We all know the usual suspects are :

Lots of light - Big windows

Effective staging

Curb appeal (well maintained front)

Updated kitchen (new cabinets, flooring, counter tops, light fixtures)

Updated bathroom (modern look, new light fixtures, big windows, big tiles etc)

Big closet space in the rooms

how about

Finished basement ?

Finished/updated garage ?

Cul de sac location?

Coat of fresh pain all around the exterior ?

What about price? IMHO everything else is secondary to that.
