My license is currently inactive and I am employed as a Service Manager in the automotive service industry.My goal here is to learn as much as I can about where the market is now and which path will be best for improving my income and retirement portfolio.I found BP as I was searching to find out if the "Flipping Gulfport" seminar I attended this afternoon was on the up and up.

Good afternoon BP.So I'm still in my education phase of REI, and I just spoke with a CPA about setting up our legal structures and tax structure.He mentioned that accountant fees are typically $2K/year.I'm wondering if that sounds about right.

I will have to say that when March 31 comes I hope that the evection van does not get extended because this will enable people to lay around be lazy and not do anything such as going to find a new job or a new opportunity.  

I had the idea to own a bunch of rental properties years ago when I wanted to be a lazy guy who just collected money from others, however it wasn't until more recently that I had the realization that what I had as an idea of a landlord was more of a scumlord and I gave up on that idea quickly.
