What is the best company for rental property/landlord insurance policy?

@Jennifer Duncan please specify what state(s) your interested in. For Texas I use @Mark Roland for all my landlord insurance needs and recommend him to all my clients. He even has riders for loss of rents too if the house is damaged in a storm or fire. There is no better insurance agent out there.
