The problem with asbestos is there is no escape, it is not like a plumbing problem when there is a leak, someone else can fix it. there is a ton of paperwork needed to be done, and the disposal chain of custody report plus air quality test result is your only ticket to get away with liability.

It's great for checking on foreclosure sale dates, pulling NOD lists to market too, and a basic look at what may be owed and the mortgage chain of title may look like. 

Foreclosure helps this, though probate will still have to be opened, the court order will be a protection layer in the deed chain, in case an unknown heir was missed. 

That's been a gold mine for me.

But between Covid, supply chain issues, material prices doubling, Etc.....that is not an unreasonable expectation.

My wife and I recently did a 203k to purchase a duplex in the Seattle, WA area and it was a fantastic learning experience and amazing ROI.We purchased a duplex for 300,000 with a 203k loan of 335,000, then because it was a learning experience, another 20-30k out of pocket...a lot of that due to supply chain issues. 

Hi - I'm curious to learn more about how Florida condotels work, particularly those in buildings managed by international hotel chains such as Hilton, Conrad, Marriott etc.I found some generic information online, but am curious about the following.  

Assuming this is due to supply chain issue / pandemic?

Slightly more expensive, but the durability/warranty/life of the product is worth its weight in gold.
