Does anyone us Property Radar?

Anyone familiar with Property Radar? (Formerly known as Foreclosure Radar) I just signed up for a 3-day trial and I'm trying to figure it out. How accurate is the information? How does it compare to other foreclosure info sites? I've tried a couple, and this seems really involved. Is it worth the price? Any input is much appreciated.
