Curious if anyone knows average cost of building a three bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg? Assume worst case scenario. Sq ft ~2,000

This is Supply and Demand. I think prices will come down some but not by much. If you’re holding it for cash flow it shouldn’t matter to be honest.
