I put together a service to try and solve two major issues the clients identified.1) Management of Client Transaction Files online2) Establishing ongoing communication with past clients through Email Newsletters.My question is are these areas of value to the average real estate agent?

Hopefully you or somebody knows whether your're establishing an LLC or an S-corp.  

Once you have established credit, then you can get a loan for the entire house plus the tax's (primary residence)  at generally 1-1.25%.  

Because of my integrity, I still maintain good relationships with a few people in the industry, and, as a result, I get a lot of great  deals (mostly large multi-family), but I'm not in the position financially or structurally to do much with these opportunities.Questions:Given my previously expressed circumstances, I'd love to get some insight and suggestions from more established investors and real estate professionals, who are having success in the industry.

If there is no group establish in this area is there anyone that can provide a little knowledge and insight on how I can put one in place. 

Very confusing but each address were assigned at the time the accounts were established decades ago and there may have been valid reasons at the time. 

The corporation focuses on residential real estate single-family and multi-unit properties, established restaurants and retail stores and businesses.

Don't be greedy, kick him a few bucks until you have an established relationship with the other investor.

I use a large bank that does not charge too many fees, but you could easily setup an even cheaper account with a local bank and establish a relationship with them.CheersPercy
