How Do you Manage Clients Details and Lists?

Hello Everyone,

I'm a software programmer and digital marketer who works with real estate agents. After two client engagements. I put together a service to try and solve two major issues the clients identified.

1) Management of Client Transaction Files online

2) Establishing ongoing communication with past clients through Email Newsletters.

My question is are these areas of value to the average real estate agent? How much do you estimate spending a year to make sure these issues are taken care of? Lastly, if these aren't the most top of mind concerns you have as a real estate agent what would they be?

I'd love your feedback in determining if this is an area of need and what your evaluation process is in bringing on a 3rd party to do these things for you.

I wanted to avoid making this seem pitchy as I would really love just honest feedback so I can figure out how to better assist real estate agents with my skillset.
