A traditional 1-year lease is the baseline.Regarding your FL short-stay, tell me, who many Airbnb-like platforms are you listed with?

I use VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner) as guests on that platform are a bit more high end.

I’ve been reading a lot on BP and other platforms for over a year now.

It is the community that makes this platform so rich.

Being a Realtor has given me a platform to put my work ethic and decision making into gear to make sure that my clients transitions are smooth, and that my clients get what they want.

-Performing more real estate transactions in general will gain me credibility-I don't think the real estate license will be the reason I gain knowledge in multi-family or the reason I build my network, but it gives me a platform to work with the big playersHope my ramblings are somewhat clear. 

I think I am now at a cross roads where I would like to consider doing MultiFamily or perhaps even Commercial on an out of state platform.

It seems like a great platform, but in my area, I don't need $100,000 for a project - I could be all-in on a project for half of that, if not less.

There are a lot of great people on this site but also some not so nice people trying to take advantage of a platform.
