I’m 100% OOS investing as well. I’ve been reading a lot on BP and other platforms for over a year now. I’m in the process of closing on 2 OOS properties right now. I would love to meet up with you guys. I think it could be beneficial to us all to meet real people and learn from each other different strategies and experiences. 

I am free every Monday and Tuesday and most afternoons after 2pm. Pretty flexible for a Nurse with small kids. Let’s pull something together. I have a handful of buddies who are just getting started in real estate investing as well and they would love to meet up.
