I have a 5 spot mobile home park in a small town in Montana.

With think two units vacant quickly and having to spend money and time renovating both can be a disaster if you don't have the proper reserves...holding costs, upfront  costs, and risks such as 1 out of the 2 being a bad tenant. lol it seems like my font increased in size....I don't know how to change it back from a mobile

Building a mobile home park is not a very feasible investment due to an array of factors.  

My sons and I have a lot of experience in this biz and if there's one thing I know you won't and can't find too many ways to do it on the cheap.In the first place you're confined and restricted to the local zoning and building codes.

Account Closed You'll quickly realize that whether you choose wholesaling, brokering, buy and hold investing, mobile homes, etc they will all take a lot of hard work and time to be successful.

When using a mobile device it's too easy to fat finger a misclick.

The great thing about mobile homes is that you can get into a smaller deal as compared to single-family homes or apartment buildings.

Here's the catch: It's a manufactured mobile home.

I'm also looking at a mobile home park in upstate New York, but the taxes are crazy high so I might pass.
