Manufactured housing deal
Hello BP,
I have an opportunity to buy a duplex property for about 70k that I think I can rent out for around $1500 a month. My back of the envelope suggests less than $20k worth of work needs to be done. Screaming deal right? Here's the catch:
It's a manufactured mobile home. Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I be concerned about the durability of the structure or the resell value? Any other things I haven't thought of?
