Small Mobile Home Park Lot
I have a 5 spot mobile home park in a small town in Montana. One of the lots is too small to put a mobile on. Does anyone have any creative ideas about how I can utilize the area, 30x50 feet?

You can buy a 14' x 36' one bedroom mobile home from a factory, or as a repo, or possibly as a used home that would fit that lot (although I don't know the setback). Obviously, renting the lot to an RV is a better plan, as it would require no upfront capital. You will find you can buy factory-direct single-wides at a fraction of the price of a "park model" or "tiny home".
