How can I monetize preforeclosures?
Hey guys, I have access to thousands of preforeclosures. Anywhere from being 2 months delinquent to a few years. I can wholesale, flip, rehab, and even considered contacting the home owners and letting us get their properties rented out, sending some money to the bank for the passed due balance and scraping whatever is left off the top. A friend of mine said though that banks stop accepting partial payments fairly quickly, is this true? Can anyone shed some insight on the best way to monetize these leads? These are direct from lender leads and information. Nothing from court records or any public information. These leads are all internal and haven't been touched by anyone else. We have these all over the US. Thousands upon thousands.
