DSCR loans are now going from a low of 7.5% - 8.5% depending upon the terms. if you go much higher than that, you might get those that a lender won't lend to (probably for good reason), so you'll want to ask yourself if you feel like chasing payments.

It would be silly, in my opinion, to go somewhere to chase cash flow where you aren't familiar and already knowing that prices are inflated.
