What happens to tenant late fees owed to previous property manager?
I am looking to change property managers, but my current tenant owes few hundred in late fees to my current PM. Does this add any complications when switching PMs?

Aloha,
Typically any "prior balance" is simply carried forward with the new PM, meaning, the Tenant still owes it, to the new PM.
