It depends, vinyl or a tiled bathroom maybe, wood, I would not do it with a 12 year old dog maybe peeing on the floor. 

The property management is typical and the wholesaling charge depends on the cost of the project typically a wholesale fee in my neck of the woods is $5-$7k.

@Mike Wood- I only recently heard about prefab granite and wasn't sure if it was something to look into.

Unit has brand new Berber carpet from previous owner but am thinking of installing either hard wood, engineered wood or porcelain tile.Anyone have a good floor installer or contractor who could do the work?
