Flooring Install and Supplies

About to close on a 2/2 condo in down town Fort Lauderdale in Broward County.  Unit has brand new Berber carpet from previous owner but am thinking of installing either hard wood, engineered wood or porcelain tile.

Anyone have a good floor installer or contractor who could do the work?  Also any insight into good flooring companies with good selections of product/supplies would be appreciated.
