I did the same analysis on cell phone plan as well but I can't use T-Mobile due to coverage.  

The park is 55-60% occupied and the sale includes mobile homes that need repaired and/or pulled out. 

MLS - ours has a mobile app that has an agent login but also also has a public-facing login option, so at least you can see new listings as soon as they pop up.

Barb, first thing are these mobiles taxed as RE or personal property?

Was thinking about putting 3 trailers/mobile homes - sure the neighbors would not be so happy and zoning would probably be like no way.Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to pursue this one & maybe whether it is worth pursuing?

I don't know if that tag isn't working because I'm on my mobile or what, but he is a respected member here and does turnkey rentals in Memphis, TN where that 20K will take you further than you think.It's been a couple years since I've been to his company's site as I moved out of the area, but from what I know of the Memphis market, he may have something to buy for 20K, but I know you could at least get 40-50% toward something with that amount.
