Good day BP-Eastern CT Community,New investor from the RI/CT border, I've been looking at properties in the Norwich, CT Area, I'm seeing some value, but would like some one local to bounce ideas off of, if there time there could be lunch at the Harp & Dragon.My goal would be preferably 12 units and up, but I do see some high quality 6 units listed in the area around McKinley Avenue and in and around town.

I knew that I (personally) loved the high country, but I wanted to make sure other people loved this particular location, etc., just as much :)Shortly after noticing the property online, the sellers dropped the price once again, and were apparently quite motivated to sell. 

As we discussed, Tuesday is a good timeframe.I am leaving the country tomorrow.

LUI think it tops out in the sf Bay area at 800k or so.. and most places around the country 400 to 425k max. so I think this person will need full down payment and maybe his eye are bigger than his wallet .this is a perfect set up for parents or family to step in and help.. would not make much sense for other investors..
