Colorado Springs Newbie Investors

My husband and I are incredibly interested in becoming real estate investors in Colorado for some passive income (we’re both engineers by day). We currently reside in Colorado Springs which is growing at a rapid rate but we are open to investing in nearby areas as well. We are currently reading massive amounts of literature and will eventually be starting our own small investing company. We are interested in meeting other Colorado investors.
