Good day BP-Eastern CT Community,

New investor from the RI/CT border, I've been looking at properties in the Norwich, CT Area, I'm seeing some value, but would like some one local to bounce ideas off of, if there time there could be lunch at the Harp & Dragon.

My goal would be preferably 12 units and up, but I do see some high quality 6 units listed in the area around McKinley Avenue and in and around town. There is really not ton of inventory in the Providence, RI area and my eye is turning West.  Also interested in Hartford to Pomfret-Putnam, but I'll list that in another area on the BP site.

Best,

Pete
