You should use all of the above as well as attend REI meetups, Facebook groups, google search investors in your area. 

Instead, I would focus on gaining as much knowledge as possible by reading books, listening to podcasts, attending webinars, and watching REI videos.

You might also want to start attending some multifamily conferences.
