Law school for real estate

Patrick Campbell
Posted

Hello, everyone!

I just finished college a couple months ago and am now working in public accounting. However, I am considering going to law school in a couple years or so. I have always had a very strong interest in real estate and plan to invest in rental properties in the future.

Part of my desire to attend law school is to be able to practice as a real estate attorney. While I am aware that there are multiple avenues and practice areas within real estate law, I was wondering if this career path may also be beneficial in supporting my future real estate investing endeavors.

Also, if there are any real estate attorneys reading this, I would greatly appreciate any thoughts/inputs on the profession and if you would recommend a similar career path to others.

Thank you all for your help!
