I am new here. Question? On flipping investors

Where would I find investors in my area that would need a contractor?  Should I advertise here?  Craigslist? Hold seminar?  There seems to be a lot of flippers that are trying to do the work themselves.  Is that normal?

You should use all of the above as well as attend REI meetups, Facebook groups, google search investors in your area.

Yes many flippers try to do the work themselves thinking they can get it done cheaper and because they can't find professional, reliable and appropriately priced contractors that know what they are doing and get it done efficiently. There a serious opportunity out there for good contractors.
