I have read that I need to provide 90 days notice which I believe is a little long for the state but I wanted to see if there are others that have given notice to quit when owner occupying another unit in the same building and what method of delivering/serving the tenant you have used.

For me I pay all contractors , materials, inspections, I do the showings and placement of tenants once rented I then go and refi out and that depends reg 30 year fix is my preferred method of refinancing out.
