New to Real Estate - Looking for investment properties

Renaldo Johnson
Posted

I've been looking to get into real estate seriously, but not entirely sure where or how to start. Any advice for a newcomer? Looking to buy in the next 1-2 years. Looking to get into real estate as an investor to built wealth and gain financial control of my life.

@Renaldo Johnson start with your finances first get them in order if they aren't. Listen to podcast, read books, watch videos, browse the forum, and see what keeps pulling at you and dive into that topic more. In this time info is everywhere just consume it and pay attention to where it is coming from as not information is created equal but this forum has some really good stuff on it. Then see what is possible with your situation or what you need to change to make it possible. And get after it. You got this!
