Hello BP Community,

My name is David and I'm new to real estate investing! I've spent some time educating myself through real estate books and other resources on the internet.

I would love to meet investors that have experience in out-of-state BRRRR'S. I understand this strategy may be risky, so I hope to learn from others and their journey's.
