talk with your FHA lender, if you can refinance the deal in the future, don't see why it would be a problem if you include the estimation of the rehab costs considering part of the 203k includes the rehabbing aspect of the loan, secondly if you are going to acquire additional properties our suggestion would be to start an LLC or partnership, but if this will be your only property then using your name shouldn't be a problem, but talk with your local professional 1st & keep posting but most of all keep sharing.....the BRRRR strategy is vitally important dealing with Multi-family residential or commercial projects
