Cleaning the property

I spent the better part of the day getting my property ready for the next tenant and thought about this... has anyone ever had their property cleaned while tenants were in place? It would obviously eat into the returns but it would possibly keep the property a bit cleaner and also, if you have a good relationship with the cleaners, maybe get some inside info on how the property is being kept up. Pretty sure no one will think this is a good idea, and I don't really either, but it came to mind and I thought I'd ask the BP community.
