If you ever need to clear the kitchen drain or service the garbage disposer, you need to remove the clips and roll out the entire DW which would be a pain.But I have never seen it until a listing photo and I was like, hmmm...how would that fit?

I may have been able to see the place as a door was unlocked and clearly vacant:)  It was decent inside w only smells from fridge and a cat that could get out through the open garage door. 

I've done it for a few BP members pro-bono so long as I can use the designs and before/after photos in my portfolio.

I'm not sure if the forum is a good way to do that....If you have the list, you can check their sales records yourself and see the photos they took for that property (tells you if they actually care if your house is sold), whether it was mostly sold up or bid down.
