3 day pay or quit-Serve it in person or via certified mail?
I am about to serve a 3 day pay or quit to a tenant that has fallen behind on their rent. The question is...would it be better for me to go in person to serve the 3 day pay or vacate notice? Or is it better to send it via certified mail? (which will take extra time to get to them)? Thoughts?
