If you are trying to not have your property in your own name, for liability reasons or other, you might consider a land trust, and make the trustee whoever you would like (your business name, or a hired trustee).You need to educate yourself on the ramifications of having everything in one spot (like a business name), where you instantly have assets.

I've had my eyes on a few spots an noticed some urban areas that comps are starting rise.

I ran some numbers and with a 10% down payment on a ~ $600k home, I would be a 40% equity right around 15 years (no appreciation assumed here.. you were spot on).

The electrical is relevant, but if you keep the outlets in the same spots then you just cut some holes in the drywall like you would for a normal stud wall.

Appreciation on this hot vacation spot has been 15-20%.
