Hi All,I live in Tel Aviv, Israel, and I'm following the trend here on two main streets since the outbreak of COVID-19 - Almost every day another store is added to the list of stores with a "For Rent/Sale" sign. 

If you want to store wealth, Class A TK works.

Grocery stores don't offer discounts on milk for friends and family.

Bar is a solo building on the middle of C neighborhood with no other stores around. 

IF the seller stores or otherwise disposes of the items prior to closing then your piece is nice and tidy.

That stuff is available in the dollar stores as well.

I think if you have the funds and area to store materials, it may be worth stocking up on commonly used materials.

There are multiple guides on BP forums and book stores that will ease you into real estate investing.

I've noticed a lot of properties with Dollar Tree stores for sale. 

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.
