I'm currently working in the oil and gas industry on the manufacturing side of things and have been for 17 years.

The space that I am looking at is in an industrial building/warehouse.

Financial freedom is the ultimate goal, and what better way than to start by becoming a member of this site.New to the industry, I am dedicating the rest of 2014 to educate myself and create great connections in the real estate world.I would love to connect with any members who live on Long Island or in the boroughs initially.

I've been in the Title Insurance Industry for quite some time now as an Assistant Production Manager/Senior Title Examiner for a well-known Title Company.

I'd suggest you know the industry you're dealing in, valuations of collateral, markets and credit as well as capacity are all aspects to understand. :)

My back ground in 35 years in the construction industry.

I think the better ideas from above are hunting excursions because deer and game fowl over populate the areas and there are plenty of folks from all over the country who come to Georgia to hunt.Also, if I understood correctly the peanut industry in the area collapsed in 2009.

I have been trying to break into the world of investing for the last year or so, and I decided to do this as a way to really learn the industry and further my career.
