HiI'm looking to rehab a multi - family home to both live in and provide for relatives, who have Section Eights, a stable and supportive environment.It's important to be near Woodward so they'll still have mobility without the cost of a car.I also have another house in Detroit which I will sell to help finance the whole thing.Hope this makes sense.Mike
