Hello from the DC area! I am a newer real estate investor. My market of choice is in Lynchburg, VA (3 hours south of DC), where I have my first property. It is a duplex and I couldn't be happier to have purchased my first place at the age of 22. I am currently living back in Maryland with my family and I am looking for someone that I can shadow and learn new ways of making money in any market from. I am newly unemployed, but I don't see that as a bad thing. I see it as an opportunity to do what I love full time, real estate. I am pretty familiar with the DC area and would love to meet with someone here to learn even more about investing here. Christian
