I would not let an agent push me around.

It just means that most of the posters will probably push you away from hotels (& that's probably how my advice will sound as well).

Easiest way to clean those out is to take them apart and push out the debris (a 1/4" bit for the screws is common).Now, if it's for commercial gutters, 1/2 round, custom, etc ... different ball game!

Also, the fan in the master bedroom had a blade with a missing bolt which was causing that blade root to rub against the housing and make a loud noise.
