under agreement on a short sales for 2+months

I've been under agreement on a short sale for quite sometime now. My realtor can't seem to get any updates from the listing agent in regards to the status.

Is there anything I can do to push this deal along and create some urgency from the listing agent?

I'm aware short sales can drag on and on but there has to be something or someone to help? 

Have any of you had any experience or advice you can share with me?
