My attorney responding to this, would certainly be much more elaborate.I use the Lease Option when I have a property that is in demand, but might not sell in under 30 days (for the purchase price).

In San Francisco we found that while the median expectation for annual home price increases over the next 10 years was only 5%, a quarter of the respondents said they thought prices would increase each year by 10% or more.

I have responded via email Michael.

I came back to him with an e-mail citing the law...and he responded saying his client would be out by the end of the month. 

The important question we must ask ourselves is not what happens to us but how we respond.
