I would only suggest since your are a realtor that If you end up not being able to sell it, let the sellers know ASAP...dont sign a thirty day contract and on the 29th day back out. this could hurt your reputation and could possibly get your license taken away...but thats just my thoughts.

I might not go with the rehab company they recommend if I can't find any other references, or if I can find another reputable company with a cheaper price.To answer your question, I would continue with this deal and might even continue working with this company if I can tilt the table myway.Hope it helps!
