Hello everybody, Im new to investing just getting started trying to get an equity loan on our property here. I just had a meeting with a local Realtor this morning and checked out 4 homes one looks promising asking 72000 it's bank owned the realtor says it might go for 50,000 it's a double wide on about an acre of land built in 1997 it's in a country setting and all the work it needs is some new counters, Carpeting, Paint and some drywall and patches in some areas. wish me luck! looking for other investor friends please pm me!
