At least one convention, 2021 World of Concrete, is schedule for June 2021.Las Vegas was the second fastest-growing city in the US for 2020 - according to Updater.

This would be seen by reasonable people as very temporary and thus much less aggressive to them than actually installing 4x4 posts in concrete.

How do i go about this so that I have a concrete business model and works both for me and my investor.My investor like minimal risk and all willing to put the money upfront to buy SEA CAN Containers which in Calgary are priced at $3500 a containers or cheaper if you buy wholesale.

I browsed their website, mostly looking at their Interior Concrete Coatings, and am amazed at the variety of products.

no one cares for lease terms, emails, their adress, how many sq ft is the property, is the driveway concrete or asphalt, etc,etc7 steps or less is what it should take. no more, could be less.

Once it hits the city there is another 4 weeks with some back and forth with the architect, then another 2 weeks after we get our permit to polish off the final set and make it builder ready.  

At these prices, everything going into these properties is low-end from concrete mixes to fixtures.  

But not on a concrete pad driveway in my backyard...Thanks for bringing up the workshop.
