Electric, water, sewer, trash and natural gas. 

It’s a small unit so I figure I can turn the hot water on in the shower and that will warm the place up some, naturally the shower had no water pressure.

You and the Landlord are not responsible for this natural disaster.

He has now ventured into learning trades and has experience with carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and natural gas.

@Paul M.I think you are over-engineering, but if you want to there's no safety issue with the interconnection, especially if you keep it temporary in nature.

I think the difference between heart disease and the pandemic is that the contagious nature of the disease caused businesses to change in ways that they were not accustomed to in the past.  

So it grows on you and it becomes natural for you to say it.
