There are definitely some lower grade performers in this field, including in my opinion one of the providers on @David Beard s list that is a newer entry in the field any may have the legal background to form plans but lacks the administrative capacity to effectively support client plans going forward.For Real Estate focused investors, you need to keep in mind that the business being funded by the plan must be a true business.
