Hey there guys, I have been be following from outside but just upgraded my account here tonight, so I want to say hi again! I have about 20 single family rental homes, so I think I have alittle knowledge in the real estate field, but the reason that I'm here is the great knowledge that everyone else has here and hope to learn alot more every day! I do have a quick question for everyone, I have a few friends that are looking to invest in real estate with me what kind of terms (or different ideas for investing with them) could I offer them on their money.
